Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum Order - There is no minimum order.

2. Payment - We are now able to accept payment via PayPal from all major credit cards and UK debit cards. Payment can also be made by sterling cheque or postal order. (Orders will be despatched as soon as cheques have cleared).

3. Invoices/Receipts. - A receipt will be sent with each order. (Pro-forma invoices on request).

4. VAT - As Cloud Nine design is not VAT registered, there is no reduction for goods shipped outside the EEC.

5. Processing - We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

6. Availability - Should an order be delayed due to unforseen circumstances, we will notify the customer by email with an estimate of the expected delay. If the delay is unacceptable, customers are at liberty to cancel their order. If we have to split the order, we will not charge extra postage for the delayed goods. If the delayed part of the order is cancelled, postage will be charged at the appropriate rate on the part delivered.

7. Shipping - All orders to the UK are postage free. Postage to the rest of the world is Ł2.00 per order.

8. Returns - An order can be cancelled at any time within 7 working days of receipt by the customer. Should any goods have been despatched by this time, the customer will be liable for the cost of return postage. All goods must be returned unopened and in saleable condition. After this, we do not offer a refund for goods delivered correctly against a customer's order, except where the merchandise is faulty.

9. The kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 10 years unless supervised by a responsible adult.

10. Liabilities - Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods supplied.

11. Customer Information - Customer information, but not credit card details, are kept on our database. We will from time to time send product information updates to our customers. Any customer may ask to be removed from our mailing list/database at any time.

12. Sensitive Information - We do not hold any sensitive information on our customers. Any credit card details are kept only until the sale is complete.

13. Disputes - All disputes will be settled according English Law.

14. E. & O.E. - Although we endeavour to make our brochures and website as accurate as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or ommissions.

15. COPYRIGHT - ALL OUR DESIGNS ARE SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT WHICH WE WILL VIGOROUSLY DEFEND IF THE NEED SHOULD ARISE.

We treat any information received from our customers as private and confidential. It is not our policy to pass your personal details to any third party for any reason.
